Learn how to make a traditional Caesar Salad with Bruschetta Croistini, fresh chopped Romaine lettuce hearts, thin sliced red onions, Kalamata olives and boiled eggs tossed in a scratch made Caesar dressing garnished with a bruschetta topped croistini.
All attendees will learn how to seed and dice their own tomatoes, how to properly dice a shallot, and how to chiffonade basil. You will get to enjoy your own bruschetta while learning to dice and slice ingredients for your salad and top it off with your own Caesar dressing made by you!

Next, comes the delicious gnocchi, with zesty Italian sausage, fresh sliced peppers and onions, tossed in a fresh tomato cream sauce. You will learn to form the dough for the gnocchi and after Chef prepares the pasta you will be using your new found knife skills to cut peppers and onions for the entrée. Learn how to plate and garnish your dish!

Finishing the night off with a delicious tramisu cheesecake parfait (dessert demo by the Chef during dinner), expresso infused granola crumble, ricotta cheesecake mousse, layered with cocoa powder topped with fresh whipped cream.
