DIYer's will LOVE this package!! Our latest addition to our package selection is great for those that want to do everything from planning tio cleanup. This package includes (8) hour use of property, use of Lorine Manor & Eleanor's Place for dressing, Lantern Hall (reception area), (10) 60" round tables and 100 chairs. All decor, additional tables, chairs, linens, slipcovers, etc. are an additional fee and not included in this package. You do all the set up of chairs, tables, decor, etc. The Cottages on Mergendollar and its staff will not be responsible for any day of responsibilities. All package fees have to be paid in full on day of contract signing. This package is $1600.00 for (8) hours and $125.00 each additional hour after.
Just a Little Help Package: All rates include a 14 hour time block on day of event with the following based on 100 guest count: (1) hour rehearsal the night before event (or applicable), tables, chairs, linens, Wedding director for rehearsal and wedding day, use of Lorine Manor and Eleanor's Place for bridal party dress, facility set up and clean up, china and flatware, glassware, parking attendants, cake cutting service, multiple ceremony sites, tables for cake, gifts, etc., This package is $3500.00

Lorine Manor & Eleanor's Place with sleeping accommodations for up to 8 in each rents for an additional fee. Lorine Manor including Wifi and full kitchen rents for an additional $400 per night and Eleanor's Place rents for an additional $250.00 per night.

Knowing that you and your wedding party can stay on property and enjoy all the moments together and not worrying about being here and being there, driving, unpacking, sweating.....I'm tired just reading that. This package is perfect for the weekend minded couple. Check in is Friday at noon and check out is Sunday at noon. Sleeping accommodations for up to 16 on site with breakfast for up to 16 included Saturday and Sunday morning, your favorite drinks and snacks in homes, facility set up and clean up, parking attendants, (10) 60" tables, 100 chairs, linens, multiple ceremony sites, tables for cake, gifts, etc., Wedding director for rehearsal and ceremony. Package Price $6500.00
All Inclusive Package
Why travel to four or five vendors, looking at what they offer and stress over all the trips back and forth and comparing. We are taking all the leg work out of the planning for you. With Vendor Day you get to meet everyone and decide who is the better fit for you. From photographers to caterers, we have them all here for you!
The All Inclusive Package includes: rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding coordinator, officiant, DJ, caterer, photographer, florist, tent, tables, chairs, table linens and decorations, set up and clean up, cake, appetizers, use of property from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, sleeping accommodations for up to 16 on property, breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning for up to 16 guests. This packages is based on a wedding of 100 guests there is a $45.00 charge for each additional guest. Package does not include alcohol. Package Price: $17,775.00
